Every sector experiences the same challenge — valuable behavioural insight is often hidden within disconnected observations, incidents and everyday experiences.
At Loma, we wanted to create a more human and relatable way to talk about the environments we support. Our animated personas represent real-world roles across education, mental health, learning disability services, fostering, clinical practice and family support.
We’ve also chosen illustration intentionally. In a world where AI can create highly realistic videos and synthetic people, we want to be transparent that these characters are representations — designed to help explain real challenges, real experiences and real care environments in a clear and approachable way.

Request to join the Alpha Partnership Programme
Loma is currently onboarding a small number of carefully selected partner organisations into its Alpha Partnership Programme.
This collaborative rollout is designed for forward-thinking providers across mental health, SEND, residential care, fostering and therapeutic services who want to help shape how behavioural intelligence is applied in real-world environments.
Alpha Partners will receive early platform access, direct collaboration with the founding team, priority influence over feature development and the opportunity to help define next-generation approaches to behavioural understanding and longitudinal insight.
